The boundary between interior and exterior dissolves effortlessly, thanks to a mullion-free glazing system that invites the topography of the dunes to permeate the living spaces.
A Roof of Innovation
At the heart of the residence lies an architectural marvel: an unprecedented fiberglass and foam monocoque roof. This lightweight structure spans gracefully above the main living space, punctuated only by architecturally significant features such as the fireplace and skylight.
