At the core of COSMO’s transformation is INNERCO, a sprawling highlight space spanning 7,600m² across the second and third floors. Retaining the exposed concrete building structure, INNERCO seamlessly integrates modern design elements and LED colorful canopies, creating a captivating fusion of historic charm and futuristic aesthetics. Lam Design’s lighting expertise plays a pivotal role in turning what might be considered “waste space” into a vibrant and rejuvenated environment.
A Versatile Social Hub: INNERCO Unveiled
INNERCO goes beyond the traditional commercial complex blueprint, positioning itself as a dynamic social space hosting exhibitions, shows, fairs, flash mobs, and various experiential settings. Lam Design employs advanced DALI and DMX512 dimming systems, enhancing adaptability to diverse spatial needs, fostering interest, and encouraging interactive experiences. The result is an open commercial space reminiscent of a “nightclub” merged with a show venue, providing an unrestricted environment for businesses to flourish.
Flexible Zoning and Intelligent Control
Breaking free from traditional zoning constraints, INNERCO seamlessly blends various formats and public areas, complemented by installations and props that facilitate flexible division. Lam Design meticulously selects an intelligent control system tailored to the mall block’s characteristics, allowing for adjustments in light intensity, color temperature, and accommodating future key lighting requirements. Bathroom Design as an Art Form
Innovative design extends to the bathroom spaces, where Lam Design utilizes soft film technology to diffuse light fully, creating a gentle and focused illumination for faces. Mirror headlights strategically positioned offer optimal face lighting, and warm 2700k light strips beneath the handwashing area contribute to a harmonious ambiance. The juxtaposition of cold and warm color temperatures not only enriches the spatial experience but also adds a suspended aesthetic over the sink.
